GOODSIF Series Product Name/Model：MF1K Solid Colors (Basecoat Colors) Characteristic:MF1K Solid Color with excellent leveling property,easy construction,excellent adhesion power and coveraging power,can match all kinds of solid colors, metallic and pearl effect. Mainly applies to intermediate cars, MPV and bus. Substrates Well-Sanded, Completely dried and good existing finishes as bellow: A original paint   B. Old paint firm   C. 1K or2k primer Surface  Cleaning Wash by warm soap, remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding with P800-P1000, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser. Mixing Ratio MF1k Solid Colors Thinner 1 1 ＜15℃ MF1k Solid Colors  60 Fast Thinner 15-30℃ MF1k Solid Colors  61 Standard Thinner ＞30℃ MF1k Solid Colors  62 Slow Thinner Spray Viscosity 14-16s to drop off, in 4# viscosity cup at 25°C, Re-Treatment After spray, allow 10-20 minutes air-drying time,then spray clear coat at once. Spray Gun Set Up Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 3-5kg/cm ² Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 3-5kg/cm ² Spray Technology Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 15-20um. Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on temperature and paint film. Shelf Life  2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 25℃. Package 1L×12 or 3.75L×4 Note: 1. The substrate must be cleaned and sanded before spray, wet sanding P800-1000 and then dry. 2. At ambient temperature higher than 30℃, add appropriate Retarder Solvent into thinner to avoid blushing. For more details, please refer to technical data sheet of Retarder Solvent. 3. To avolid problems of mottling or poor adhesion, the metallic paint film should be 15-25um.
